Private Bookmark Manager

Data, account, and security

Import, export, account identity, password, language, and security settings.

Import and export bookmark data

Import accepts browser-generated bookmark exports, including HTML, CSV, or Pocket ZIP files. Imports add items to the account and may stop if the imported file would exceed the current plan limit.

Import
Shows progress, imported bookmark count, imported folder count, and plan-limit details when applicable.
Export HTML
Downloads a browser export file and is the recommended export format.
Export CSV
Downloads a tab-delimited CSV export.

Account identity and language settings

Account settings include avatar, account name, email, password change, language, password recovery, bookmark deletion, and account deletion.

Language

Language changes can require a reload before all visible app text updates.

End-to-end encryption is documented separately

End-to-end encryption encrypts bookmark data in the client app before it is sent to WebCull. This applies across WebCull surfaces that handle private bookmark data, including the web app, browser extensions, desktop apps, and native apps. Because the setting changes login, key storage, conversion, sharing, proxy scraping, media embeds, and recovery behavior, it has a dedicated manual page.

E2EE toggle
Turns end-to-end encryption on or off after account password verification.
E2EE Key Remembered
Stores the encrypted E2EE passphrase locally on the current device or app context for 60 days.
Change E2EE Key
Rotates the passphrase after account password verification and current E2EE key verification.
Manual page

See End-to-end encryption for setup, generated keys, disabling, conversion states, and feature caveats.
