Sort by the fields that matter
WebCull already supports several practical sort types for bookmark lists.
- Sort by title, URL, type, tags, keywords, and date added.
- Use ascending or descending order when the folder needs a different scan pattern.
- Use algorithmic sorting when the list benefits from WebCull's built-in ordering.
Make large folders easier to work through
Sorting is useful before cleanup, review, imports, and repeated research sessions.
- Group similar bookmark metadata near each other.
- Spot messy titles, repeated URL patterns, and out-of-place items faster.
- Use sorting as a starting point before moving or editing bookmarks.
Smarter placement is planned
A future sorting mode is planned for suggested bookmark locations based on keyword graphs.
- The planned mode would suggest where a bookmark should go instead of only reordering the current list.

A feature area with room to grow
Sorting is already launched for bookmark lists, and it is large enough to stand on its own as WebCull adds smarter organization tools over time.
