WebCull - Returns Policy
Last Update:
Summary
At WebCull, we provide a 15-day free trial to allow users to evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription. Because of this trial period, all payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription begins. Users are made clearly aware upon sign-up that WebCull operates on a recurring subscription basis, and it is their responsibility to manage their subscription settings. However, we understand that certain situations—such as accidental renewals or financial hardships—may warrant an exception. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only granted in rare and unusual circumstances.
Free Trial & Subscription Responsibility
We offer a 15-day trial period to all new subscribers, providing full access to WebCull’s features so users can determine if it meets their needs. This trial ensures that there is ample time to evaluate the service before making a payment.
When subscribing, users acknowledge and agree that WebCull operates as a recurring subscription service. This means that once the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews, and the payment method on file will be charged unless the user cancels before the trial period expires. It is the user’s responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel it before renewal if they do not wish to continue.
Non-Refundable Policy
Since we provide a generous trial period, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for cases such as:
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal.
- Deciding after payment that the service is no longer needed.
- Not actively using the service after renewal.
- Failure to disable auto-renewal.
Users are responsible for monitoring their subscription status and payment dates. WebCull does not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
Exceptions for Refunds
Although WebCull has a strict no-refund policy, we may approve a refund request in certain cases, including but not limited to:
- Financial hardship: If a user is experiencing financial difficulty and requests a refund shortly after being charged for a renewal they forgot about.
- Duplicate charges: If a user is mistakenly billed multiple times for the same period.
- Technical billing errors: If an issue on our end results in an incorrect charge.
Each refund request will be reviewed individually, and approval is not guaranteed. Requests must be submitted promptly after the charge occurs.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, you must submit a request by contacting WebCull Support with the following details:
- The email address associated with your WebCull account.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
We aim to respond within 2 business days and may ask more questions before notifying you whether your request has been approved or denied. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. ~~~ Headline 6 =nsaqww Subscription Cancellation Text 6 =fnqqm2 ~~~
Users can cancel their WebCull subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for any remaining time in the current billing cycle. Users will continue to have access to the service until the end of their paid period.
To avoid unwanted charges, we strongly encourage users to cancel before their renewal date.
